Dating to the 80's, this intricate & unique cocktail dress was designed by British designer Tomasz Starzewski, a favourite of Princess Diana and many other celebrities and royals. Crafted from velvet, silk and lace, this features oversized puff sleeves which can be worn on or off the shoulder embellished with lace and embroidery and a lace applique pencil skirt with tasseled fringing accentuating the hips. The velvet bodice boasts a sweetheart neckline and is boned to sculpt the waist and bust to perfection. Made in England for sale via high end US department store Saks Fifth Avenue, this is a rare & unusual piece.
