Dating to the S/S 1990 Gianfranco Ferre collection, this jacket was worn on the runway by a very young Naomi Campbell. Known as the "Architect of Fashion" for his exacting designs & use of extravagant fabrics, this piece displays Ferre's trademark tailoring expertise & precision. Crafted from buttery soft caramel leather, this features circular cut-out details, contrast overstitiching & gold metal logo hardware. Cut with a scoop neck & structured shoulders, this also features zippered cuffs, belt like buckle fastenings, grommets down the rear of both sleeves & attached 'luggage' tags which dangle from the front of the jacket. An extremely rare & collectible statement piece, this is made in Italy to demi-couture standards & is perfectly broken in.
