An exceptional piece from cult London label Voyage Invest in the Original, this 90's 'Waterleaf' top is crafted from sheer, highly stretchable acid green mesh densely embellished with shimmering metallic pink sequins. The fitted, sleeveless silhouette features an asymmetric slash opening across the décolletage, suspended from a circular cutout at the shoulder and edged in contrasting pink satin binding. A delicate arrangement of pink, pearlescent white and bronze-toned beads drapes diagonally across the opening, secured at the waist and falling into a decorative tassel finished with a dangling pink crystal. The top is completed with a softly flared, lettuce edged hem overstitched with rainbow metallic thread. A gorgeous example of Voyage's eclectic, bohemian, and romantic aesthetic and the maximalist approach to texture and embellishment which the label was revered for. Made in England.
