40’s constellation print maxi wrap dress
A beautiful & flattering shade of blush pink, this dress is made from what appears to be silk satin with a pattern of shooting stars and constellations. It is a wrap style with a modified Peter Pan collar, self covered buttons, a full skirt and skinny sleeves with twisted button detailing at the sleeve cuffs. Incredibly beautiful and well preserved for its age, this dress could also be worn open as a robe, and is a gorgeous example of design from this era.
